Purchases → Snap a bill. Take a clear photo (or choose a PDF) and tap Read it. The bill opens filled in, with the photo above and every total and GST figure checked — lines in red need a look. Add a new supplier or item with one tap, correct anything, then Save. The app learns your corrections. With AI off you type it from the photo the same way.
