Questions
Is GST extra?
Prices are before GST. We add GST at 18% and you get a proper GST invoice, so a registered business can claim the input credit.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get 7 days of grace. After that a small business moves to the Free plan; a bigger one becomes read-only — you can still see and export everything, nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades start straight away and you pay only for the days left; downgrades and monthly ↔ yearly switches happen at your next renewal.
How do I pay?
By UPI (scan the QR in the app). Each payment gets a GST invoice.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is kept apart and every request is checked against it; sign-in uses OTP and your devices can be signed out from Settings. Our support team can look inside only when you allow it, view-only and for a limited time.
